terms & the draw
the wall
every cell costs exactly $1.00— no discounts, no tiers. each cell displays your image, linked to your URL with your description, until the season's board fills. filled boards are archived and remain publicly viewable indefinitely.
the draw
when every cell on the board is sold, one winning cell is selected using a published random seed (sha-256, recorded and displayed on the archived board for verification). the owner of the winning cell receives $100,000. each purchased cell counts as exactly one entry — buying more cells means proportionally more chances. the winner is contacted using the name, email, and phone number provided at purchase.
the reset
after the draw, the board is archived and a fresh blank board opens. everyone who ever purchased a cell is notified by email that a new season has begun.
content rules
no illegal content, scams, malware, hate, or adult material. we may hide any placement at our sole discretion; hidden placements are not refunded. links are published with rel="nofollow ugc". images are re-processed before display.
payments & refunds
payments are processed by Polar (our merchant of record). all sales are final once your cells go live. if a payment completes but your cells were lost to a checkout race (rare), we'll make it right or refund you.
privacy
your name, email, and phone are used for receipts, draw notifications, and new-season announcements — never displayed publicly, never sold.
